Our charges always include these items for every order. 

 1) We charge $1.00 for every 1000 stitches created, for stitch count when the number is between the 1000 stitch increment, the count will go up to the next 1000.

2) There will always be a setup charge. This covers setting up the machine digitizing your dream and bringing your creation to life (after the first setup fee you will never be charged to create that design again). 

3) Your design will always have a stitchout to start. This is where the design is put into the machine and ran to make sure there are no problems with the design. This uses material and time, but we only charge for the materials used.
