Policies: 

1) All work paid for up front. We have to pay for materials, digitizing, 

2) when your design has been received we look it over and then it is sent to our Digitizer, to get it ready to embroider.

   When your design is sent to us we look at it and make necessary adjustments. Then the client will get a message showing what there design looks like before we stitch it for a practice run. There is now another charge (due to the materials used and time. If you order 5 you will pay for 6, unless this is a stock design. 

All orders will be charged accordingly and we pay shipping in the lower 48 states. If your from out of the USA we will still sell to you. Once everything has been approved we run your design and make your order come to life.
